Nelly De Angelis is (as you said) the secretary of Bud Spencer.
I think her study is in Rome. But we have no opportunity to help you.
Moreover, we know for sure that its telephone number is not public.

ah.. the email address that Charlie Spencer gave you, is the official De Angelis Brothers (musicians that made most of the bud&terence soundtracks) email.
It has been a misunderstanding, obviously.
